About this role
An AFL Professional Caregiver (Independent Contractor) provides in-home residential support for adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as individuals facing mental health or substance use challenges. The caregiver shares their home and offers person-centered support to help individuals reach personal goals, with training and supervisory support provided by RHA Health Services. Placements are made throughout North Carolina and caregivers are paid as contract providers.
