About this role
An AFL Professional Caregiver is an independent contractor who provides in-home, person-centered support for adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities and related behavioral health needs. Caregivers open their homes to support individuals in daily living, community participation, and achieving personal goals. RHA Health Services provides training, supervision, and multidisciplinary support to caregivers throughout North Carolina.
