About this role
An AFL Professional Caregiver (Independent Contractor) provides in-home, person-centered support for adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities and related behavioral or mental health needs. Caregivers open their home to support individuals in daily living, community participation, and achieving personal goals. RHA provides training, supervision, and multidisciplinary support while caregivers are paid as contract providers.
