After School Counselor

The After School Counselor leads and builds relationships with children in kindergarten through 8th grade, developing fun, culturally relevant, and developmentally appropriate programming. This role focuses on providing a quality experience for children and parents while upholding YMCA core values of honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring. The position involves active supervision, positive role modeling, and maintaining a safe, inclusive environment across multiple YMCA locations.
