After-School Program Assistant

The YMCA of Central and Northern Westchester is seeking a caring and dependable After-School Program Assistant to join their team and help provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for preschool-aged children. This part-time, 10-month position follows the local school district calendar and involves working alongside the UPK teaching team to support children's social, emotional, physical, and developmental needs during after-school hours. The role requires assisting with daily activities, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and building professional relationships with children, families, and staff.
