Mentoring Alliance
Mentoring Alliance is hiring part‑time, non‑exempt after‑school staff to work 17‑20 hours per week with elementary‑aged children in an after‑school setting. Staff will lead enrichment activities, serve as role models, and help youth develop toward the organization’s priority outcomes while reporting to Area Directors.
Mentoring Alliance is a Christ-centered, intentionally multiethnic nonprofit ministry serving children and families across multiple Texas communities. They offer after-school programs, summer camps, and dedicated mentoring relationships through their Mentor Connect program, partnering with local schools in areas including Tyler, Waco, Abilene, Longview, and the Bay Area. Their mission is to mobilize godly leaders and volunteers to provide tangible help and eternal hope to kids and families.
