About this role
An Aftercare Recovery Coordinator at Waythrough’s County Durham Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service provides aftercare support to people with substance use issues, delivering recovery groups and one-to-one interventions and managing an ongoing caseload. The role is based in Peterlee and works within a multi-agency team to support clients’ holistic wellbeing. This is a fixed-term position supporting the local community under a large mental health and social support charity.
