Afterhours Youth Support Worker - Hourly

The Afterhours Youth Support Worker provides 24-hour support and safety for youth experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness at the Directions Youth Services Centre. This hourly role involves intake, assessment, and providing crisis intervention, harm reduction, and advocacy to youth facing mental health, substance use, and other challenges. The position works within a team to maintain a safe environment and supports the agency's goals around diversity, inclusion, and equity.
