Aftermarket Procurement Manager

The Aftermarket Procurement Manager represents Global Procurement for the Aftermarket/Thermal GBE, owning procurement performance from strategy definition through new product introduction and operational support. This role leads a global IAM procurement team and manages a high-complexity environment with broad supplier coverage and demanding time-to-market expectations. The position involves developing sourcing strategies across the full lifecycle and leading procurement execution for NPI and operations to meet cost, quality, and timeline targets.
