Afternoon Teacher

Guidepost Montessori is hiring an Afternoon Assistant Teacher for its Kent Campus to support a mixed-age Montessori classroom for children ages 0–6. The role involves creating a calm, engaging learning environment, preparing intentional learning spaces, and assisting with individualized and small-group activities. The position requires a positive mindset, a love for working with young children, and experience in a school or childcare setting for ages 3–6.
