Aftersales Field Representative

The Aftersales Field Representative supports Nissan dealerships in Mexico City to achieve Parts & Service objectives, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability through business consulting and performance management. This role serves as the primary liaison between Nissan Mexicana and assigned dealerships, providing guidance on aftersales operations, fixed operations performance, and dealership profitability. The position works closely with dealer leadership teams to identify opportunities, implement corrective actions, and drive sustainable business growth across the aftersales network.
