Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support for internal combustion and hybrid vehicles across Latin America
Act as High Voltage Expert for battery repairs on electrified vehicle technologies
Monitor technical cases to identify recurring product issues and inform R&D
Manage diagnostic tester systems configuration and rollout to dealership workshops
Deliver training and guidance to dealer technicians and regional workshop teams
