About this role
The Site Counselor at the YMCA of Metro Atlanta supports afterschool programming for elementary-age children by leading assigned groups and delivering activities aligned with YMCA and Bright From the Start standards. The role focuses on creating a safe, developmentally appropriate environment that supports school success and community well-being. The position reports to Afterschool Program Director(s) and the Site Director at the Alpharetta branch.
