Afterschool Programs Manager

Queens Community House is seeking an Afterschool Programs Manager to oversee workforce development and after-school programming at Business Technology Early College High School in Queens Village, NY. This leadership position is responsible for the daily management, implementation, and compliance of multiple youth programs, including Career Ready, Work, Learn & Grow, and the Extended Day After-School Program. The role serves as the primary liaison with school administration, NYC Public Schools, and community partners to ensure exceptional program quality and create meaningful opportunities for high school students.
