AGCO Compiler and GPU Systems Engineer

This role involves working directly on AGCO, Kog's agentic compiler designed to optimize LLM execution across different GPUs. The position focuses on building systems that explore optimization strategies, generate and compile changes, verify correctness, and measure performance on real hardware. Candidates will contribute to compiler design, GPU programming, and LLM inference optimization within a small, expert team.
