Aged Care Education Coordinator

Grampians Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join as an Aged Care Education Coordinator, collaborating with clinical educators to plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality education programs across aged care services. The role supports compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards while promoting contemporary, evidence-based practice through the Best Practice Clinical Learning Environment Framework. This full-time position involves traveling across Grampians Health sites to provide leadership and support to educators and clinical staff.
