Agency Compliance Coordinator

The Agency Compliance Coordinator is a mid-management role responsible for coordinating and monitoring compliance across all Hope Haven programs and departments. This position ensures the agency meets requirements for CARF accreditation, NC DHHS licensure, NC Medicaid clinical coverage policies, LME/MCO contracts, and federal privacy laws. The coordinator serves as the central resource on compliance, communicating with staff at every level and reporting activities to the Director of Admission and Regulatory Compliance.
