The Agency Relations Coordinator serves as the primary contact for Avera Health Plans' broker, agency, and consultant network, managing distribution channel support including agent onboarding, training, and compliance. This role coordinates sales efforts, tracks performance metrics, and ensures the distribution network adheres to federal, state, and internal regulations while promoting company products.
