Responsibilities

Assist in executing the onboarding process for new agents, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience

Track and manage agent learning outcomes to ensure measurable progress through onboarding milestones
Become fully proficient in the SERHANT. ecosystem to provide support, answer questions, and resolve agent issues

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in customer success, onboarding, training, or administrative support; real estate experience a plusExperience leading small groups or training sessions in a remote environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain systems and processesComfort with using CRMs, digital platforms, and AI-driven tools in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills with a proactive mindset and attention to detail
