Agent Experience Manager

Sotheby’s International Realty is seeking an Agent Experience Manager to support the onboarding, adoption, and continued engagement of its proprietary Home Platform. The role involves providing 1:1 support, strategic recommendations, and group training sessions to real estate agents while coaching them on self-service capabilities. This position requires in-person presence five days a week in San Francisco, with regular travel between local offices and virtual support for other markets.
