About this role

The Agent Platforms Manager on the Customer Experience Technology (CXT) team will strengthen and scale Crunchyroll's Salesforce Service Cloud foundation, ensuring platform stability, governance, and release discipline. The role involves configuring Service Cloud, building automation, maintaining the external Experience Cloud help center, and supporting data integrity and release processes while collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Strengthen and support Service Cloud configuration and security
Build and maintain Flow automations and simple Apex code
Maintain the external Experience Cloud help center and self‑service features
Ensure data integrity across Salesforce, Mixpanel, Sierra, Playvox and Rippit
Support release processes, sandbox management and CI/CD validation
