Agent Solutions Coordinator

The Agent Solutions Coordinator supports NGL's agents and key accounts, including agencies, funeral homes, and sales organizations, by handling incoming and outbound calls, managing email inquiries, and processing internal requests. This hybrid role requires collaboration with various internal departments to resolve issues, explain sales processes and products, and maintain high service levels. The position focuses on providing professional, empathetic support to business partners while ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
