About this role

The Agentic AI Engineering Lead will architect and build an enterprise agentic AI capability from scratch, including the agent orchestration layer, guardrails, and adoption model within a highly regulated financial environment. This leadership role involves owning the enterprise rollout of autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents across the software delivery lifecycle while defining the control model to ensure safe AI autonomy under financial services regulations. The position requires hands-on work with frontier Generative AI technologies and leading a team of engineers to take agents from pilot to firm-wide production.
