This role seeks an expert Hands-On Technical Lead to act as a player-coach for the Services AI Platform engineering team. The candidate will split their time between writing production-grade code and guiding technical strategy, specifically building multi-tenant agentic ecosystems and fine-tuning applications. They will enforce strict architectural principles and drive high-impact business use cases within the AI sector.

Responsibilities

Lead full-stack development of custom AI platform components
Code and optimize multi-tenant intelligent agents using ReAct patterns
Build Model Context Protocol servers for strict agent communication
Develop advanced RAG architectures including Knowledge Graph RAG
Collaborate with SMEs to translate enterprise workflows into automated code
