About this role

The Agentic Engineer will design, implement, test, and operate agent capabilities, tools, and retrieval components for IANS' agentic AI platform. This hands‑on role involves full‑stack development across Go, Python, and React/TypeScript, as well as deployment and monitoring on AWS infrastructure. The engineer will collaborate with senior staff, contribute to evaluation and observability suites, and ensure security and compliance standards are met.

Responsibilities

Build and ship production-quality agent capabilities
Extend benchmarking, regression testing, and observability suites
Participate in design and code reviews
Develop APIs and microservices for data and agent platforms
