About this role

This onsite 12-month contract role involves coaching IT and Platform teams on Agile methodologies, facilitating ceremonies, and driving organizational transformation. The Agile Coach will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, fostering a culture of continuous improvement while implementing frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and Lean within software development environments.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on coaching to IT Product teams on Agile methodologies
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
Drive organizational Agile transformation aligned with strategic goals
Monitor team workflows and implement metrics to track performance
Develop training resources to educate stakeholders on Agile principles
