Agile Coach

This role guides teams in executing agile initiatives to deliver customer value by training and coaching in Scrum, Lean, Kanban, XP, and scaled agile framework practices. The position involves facilitating synchronization meetings, managing program backlogs, and tracking objectives to ensure transparency and reduce bottlenecks. As a change agent, the individual drives continuous improvement and supports the organization's agile transformation through strong leadership and collaboration.
