An Agile Delivery Lead / Scrum Master supporting Graphcore's hardware engineering organisation, working across electronics, PCB, mechanical, firmware and test sub-teams. The role applies Agile and lean delivery principles to hardware development, partnering with engineering leaders, product owners and programme management to improve planning, predictability and delivery flow.
