Agile Experience Manager

The Agile Experience Manager defines and delivers the end-to-end stakeholder experience globally across Cigna International Health, owning the experience vision, roadmap, and performance metrics. This role ensures alignment across business, operational, product, data, and technology teams to drive measurable business value, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. The position acts as the single point of accountability for experience outcomes within a complex, matrixed environment.
