About this role

The Agile Release Train Engineer supports a federal opportunity with USCYBERCOM by establishing and maturing SAFe Agile practices for the J9 Weapons Portfolio. This role involves configuring JIRA and Confluence, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and coordinating cross-team dependencies to enable portfolio-level execution. The position requires a Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph clearance and is primarily based onsite in Columbia, MD.

Responsibilities

Configure and administer JIRA and Confluence to support portfolio planning and backlog management
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate cross-team dependencies across multiple Agile Release Trains
Develop and maintain Agile metrics, dashboards, and reporting for leadership visibility
