Agricultural Banker

The Agricultural Banker is responsible for the origination, underwriting, and closing of secured and unsecured agricultural loans while maintaining positive relationships with existing and potential customers. The role involves analyzing financial status, evaluating loan feasibility, and ensuring compliance with established lending policies and procedures. Additionally, the position requires monitoring loan accounts, identifying problem accounts, and participating in the bank's lending call program to establish new business contacts.
