About this role

The AI Academy Program Lead will design, launch, and continuously improve an enterprise AI literacy program to develop an AI‑fluent workforce. This hands‑on role, based in Nashville, TN, partners with business, HR, legal, IT, and communications to create multi‑level learning curricula, ensure responsible AI practices, and measure impact on productivity and adoption.

Responsibilities

Define and lead enterprise AI literacy strategy
Build multi-level AI learning curriculum for diverse employee groups
Partner with HR, legal, compliance, and technology teams to ensure program compliance
Create and manage AI academy operational model including courses, certifications, and communities
Measure program effectiveness and report progress to executive leadership
