AI Agentics Team Member

This role is a pivotal part of the standalone AI Agentics team, focusing on designing and building agentic systems that power AI deployments. The position involves combining LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and tool integration to create agents for real business use. It requires close collaboration with AI Agentics, Operations, and Client Services teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure safe, reliable agent behavior. The role also includes authoring documentation, creating playbooks, and supporting the successful implementation of agentic systems through robust design and governance.
