Langdock
This is a full-time, 12-month program based in Berlin designed for individuals who want to deeply understand AI technology and its practical applications. The role begins with front-line customer support to investigate and resolve technical issues related to large language models, cloud software, and API integrations. Participants will build a comprehensive understanding of AI infrastructure, model behavior, and enterprise operations while collaborating across various business teams.
