AI & Automation Operations Manager

This role involves designing, improving, and managing processes to support a fast-moving entrepreneur, family office, and administrative team by building reliable systems that make important work difficult to forget and easy to execute. The position focuses on implementing AI, automation, and process design to streamline administrative operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure consistent follow-through on tasks. It serves as a systems and operational partner to the Admin Manager, strengthening the infrastructure behind the administrative function rather than duplicating existing roles.
