AI Biologist - Drug Development

Latch is seeking an AI Biologist to join its team at the frontier of artificial intelligence in drug discovery and development. The role involves contributing to the technical approach for evaluating AI agent performance across the drug discovery and development pipeline, from target validation through IND-enabling studies. The position requires working with software engineers and scientists to build datasets and AI agent tasks for the end-to-end drug development process.
