AI Capability & Fluency Manager

This role helps Sainsbury’s unlock the value of Artificial Intelligence by building the skills, confidence and understanding colleagues need to use AI well, safely and responsibly in their day-to-day work. Sitting within the AI Centre of Excellence, this role owns the AI fluency curriculum and certification pathway across the business, from foundational AI literacy for all colleagues through to deeper capability for managers and technical specialists. The position partners with People, Learning & Development, Technology and the wider AI CoE to make AI learning practical, role relevant, accessible and connected to measurable business value.
