AI Deployment Consultant - Tako Payroll

This is a new, non-traditional role at Tako that combines consultant, builder, and strategic partner functions for mid-to-large enterprise payroll accounts. The position focuses on understanding client pain points to build custom AI-driven solutions that eliminate operational work, turning dependent clients into self-sufficient users. You will define methodologies from scratch, implement automations using AI agents, and act as a strategic technical reference while collaborating with product teams.
