AI Discovery Strategy Lead

This role is responsible for building and leading UKG's AI Discovery strategy, establishing priorities, operating practices, and measurable outcomes for the capability. The position involves assessing UKG's representation across AI-powered search and answer engines, identifying authority gaps, and translating emerging GEO/AEO practices into actionable communications strategies. The role requires building an ongoing view of competitor representation and establishing a measurement framework to track visibility, citations, and competitive performance. Additionally, the position involves developing an experimentation agenda to test how various signals affect UKG's discoverability and leading a team to support sophisticated analysis and strategy.
