AI Enablement Lead

This role involves designing company-wide AI education programs and creating a playbook for human-and-agent collaboration at scale within a fast-growing enterprise workflow automation company. The position requires staying at the frontier of AI capabilities, testing new models, and embedding with teams to redesign workflows around agents. The ideal candidate will build internal tools and define adoption metrics while leveraging daily hands-on experience with frontier models and workflow-automation tools.
