AI Engineer - HR

This role involves owning the HR business line as a one-person engineering team to build and ship AI agents for recruiting, employee services, and HR operations. The engineer will stand up MCP servers, bootstrap skills and integrations on JLL's AI platform, and translate HR workflows into agent skills through collaboration with subject matter experts. Mature systems are handed off to platform and operations teams once stabilized, while feedback is provided to the Center of Excellence to improve future development.
