About this role

As an AI Engineer at Fieldguide, you will design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems that automate complex audit workflows for top accounting and consulting firms. This role involves integrating and orchestrating LLMs and other tools to create reliable agent experiences, while also owning performance monitoring and improvement of agents in production. You will collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to define impactful agent capabilities, take ownership of significant product areas, and leverage AI for innovative engineering solutions. Ideal candidates will have experience in production software, particularly with TypeScript, React, Python, and LLM implementation.
