The AI Governance Specialist executes and operates the global AI Governance framework, conducting intake and risk assessments for AI and Generative AI solutions to ensure they are developed and used safely, ethically, and in compliance with global regulations. The role partners with Data Governance, AI Security, and Legal teams to align governance practices with enterprise policies and standards. This position supports delivery teams across all Astellas regions to maintain audit-ready governance records and drive responsible AI adoption.
