About this role

The AI & Innovation Architect acts as a strategic bridge between Genesys AIs product capabilities, internal teams, and the LATAM sales ecosystem to drive AI adoption and revenue growth. This role involves equipping sales teams with expertise to deliver empathetic, personalized experiences at scale while directly engaging with strategic partners to accelerate pipeline conversion. The position requires translating complex AI technical acumen into scalable business value propositions through structured programs, solution design, and ecosystem orchestration.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with strategic partners and AEs to close AI opportunities and increase deal velocity
Design and deliver structured AI training programs to upskill internal teams and partners
Develop repeatable sales plays and industry-specific use cases for scalable execution
Lead technical discovery, solution design, and demonstrations for high-impact pre-sales engagements
Build and showcase innovative AI reference architectures tailored to regional market needs
