This role involves collaborating with engineering and customer success teams to shape product vision, execute roadmaps, and gather user insights to drive adoption among thousands of colleagues. The position requires a self-starter with experience in financial services or consulting who can operate with limited guidance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist Product Lead in shaping and delivering an in-house LLM productivity tool
Contribute to roadmap execution, product vision, and feature planning
Develop and refine product features by gathering user insights and analyzing metrics
Collaborate with Engineering to translate feature ideas into clear requirements
Work with Customer Success teams to collect feedback and support product adoption
