AI Lead

The AI Lead role at Synechron is responsible for establishing and operating the governance, planning, financial management, delivery coordination, and executive reporting capabilities required to scale Artificial Intelligence across the enterprise. This position translates the organization's multi-year AI strategy into an integrated portfolio of initiatives, establishes consistent delivery standards, and provides leadership with clear visibility into progress, investment, value realization, adoption, and control readiness. The role involves managing the Enterprise AI PMO, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, and ensuring financial and regulatory compliance.
