AI Learning Specialist

The AI Learning Specialist supports the enterprise AI strategy by designing, delivering, and evaluating learning solutions that build AI fluency and encourage responsible adoption. This role owns the instructional design lifecycle for AI learning experiences, partners with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs, and creates job aids and training materials. The position involves delivering quality learning experiences, evaluating course effectiveness, and collaborating with subject matter experts to update training content.
