The AI Operations Champion serves as the primary bridge between Operations teams and technology at Waystone, focusing on embedding AI-enabled automation into daily operational delivery. This role identifies manual, repetitive processes, prioritizes them for automation, and ensures sustainable adoption through collaboration with Technology, Risk, and Compliance. The champion drives operating leverage and scalability by designing automated solutions and advocating for a shift from manual execution to process ownership across the business area.
