About this role

The AI Penetration Tester will join BMO's Security Testing Team to build and advance an AI Security Testing capability, assessing large language models, AI agents, and GenAI solutions before they are deployed. The role involves conducting adversarial testing, developing repeatable methodologies, and partnering with engineering and governance teams to mitigate emerging AI risks across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

Conduct security assessments of AI and machine learning systems
Develop and automate AI security testing methodologies and tools
Partner with engineering teams to validate and remediate findings
Produce technical reports and executive summaries of risks
Research emerging AI threats and support red team exercises

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Business(ISC)2 certificationISACA certificationSANS certification
