The AI Product Analyst at Fiserv will help shape Finxact’s Applied Intelligence capabilities by partnering with product, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to translate user needs into requirements and support the delivery of intelligent features. The role works at the intersection of product management and applied AI, focusing on AI assistants, conversational workflows, and other AI‑enabled experiences to improve productivity and platform adoption.

Responsibilities

Partner with product owners and engineering to define AI suite
